My Endorsement for the DNC Chairman

In making a decision on who I see as the best candidate for the DNC Chairmanship, as a Conservative, I need to look for a person with a few very important characteristics:

1.  The candidate must be "charming and fun".

2.  The candidate must be pro abortion.

3.  The candidate must be anti war at any cost.

4.  The candidate must believe that Bill Clinton was one of the best Presidents of this or any generation.

5.  The candidate must have lost before in some sort of national election.

6.  Most of all, the candidate must be a huge champion for the liberal cause.  He must never back down from this.

I personally believe that Howard Dean fits all of these qualities and more.  He is a charming, good looking and seemingly nice man.  He is staunchly pro abortion.  He was anti war when John Kerry was pro Iraq war.  He has openly commended Clinton as the finest President in our lifetime.  He certainly melted down in the Presidential primaries.  Most importantly, he is the biggest champion for liberal "values" in the Democratic party.

If nothing else, we just want to see Mr. Dean run for some sort of office.  No one is as entertaining and no one can capture a crowds attention like the screaming Dean.

Howard Dean for DNC Chair.

(As an aside, this should be pretty obvious, I pick Dean because any time liberal values are pitted against Conservative values, the Conservatives win.  There is a reason that Dean wasn't the Democratic Presidential Nominee.  He was too liberal and he openly stated as much.  Liberal is a bad word, as it should be, to the Democratic party.  He may stand for everything that they do, but he is something that they just can't afford.  He is honest about it.  So, Conservatives, band with me in helping to promote Howard Dean for this position.)

I couldn't agree with you more here! Democrats need to be honest about who they are. If they lose, then so be it! Kerry was so spineless.

I just read an article the other day that stated the Dems are starting to, more and more, think Dean is their answer.

First of all, I still am suspect on this actually happening. I can't imagine there not being a Clinton person in that position. This would also mean that the party line would be much more transparent. Right now they are trying to use different langauge to define liberalism. Dean won't do that. He will come right out and tell you who he is, liberal or not. I don't agree at all with 99% of Dean's politics, but I respect him for that.

The problem with this, like I stated, is that this will not help them win elections. It will shore up their leftist base, but they will alienate most others.

GO DEAN!
